Using the shop

This website offers made-to-order 3D printed products. By using it you agree to these terms. When you buy an item you are responsible for reading the listing, and you enter a contract when checkout is complete.

Prices are listed on each piece. We may correct errors and change prices. We may change or stop services without notice.

Returns

For an undamaged catalog product, return it with its accessories and packaging plus the original receipt within 14 days of the day you receive it. We'll exchange it or refund the original payment method.

• Returns only in the country of original purchase.
• You pay return shipping. We pay shipment of a repair or replacement.
• Custom prints from customer files are not returnable unless we printed them wrong.

Valid warranty claims: we repair or replace. If we can't do that in a reasonable time, you get a full refund on prompt return of the piece.

Intellectual property

The site and all materials on it — images, text, logos, photographs — are the exclusive property of Paul Daniel Copeland unless noted. Don't copy, resell, or remix the catalog photography or copy. Customer-provided files remain the customer's responsibility; you warrant you have the right to print them.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paul Daniel Copeland is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. The site is provided as-is.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes are decided in courts of competent jurisdiction in Hamilton County, Tennessee.
