Can you bring my custom 3D printed idea to life?+
Yes. Victory Coolers, Personalized Projections, and MiniMe figures start at $15. Send a photo or a line of text on the Custom page. Got your own STL? Use Print my file. Email noogaprints@outlook.com if you don't see the thing.
What files do you accept?+
STL, 3MF, and OBJ. If the mesh is a mess we'll tell you before we start the bed. We don't print other people's paid files unless you own the license.
What do you print with?+
Mostly plant-based PLA on FDM machines. PETG when something needs to take a beating. We are not a resin shop — yet. We're also not an industrial prototyping house. Local, honest, made to order.
Can I pick a color?+
Yes. Catalog pieces with a filament option ship in the color you choose. Unpainted unless you ask. Lamps are printed in light-diffusing PLA so the glow works.
How long does it take?+
Typical lead is 3–7 business days after we confirm the order. Large beasts, lithophanes, and busy weeks run longer. We'll give you an honest date, not a marketing one.
Do you paint minis?+
Default is unfinished PLA — it takes a wash well. Painted commissions are a conversation, not a menu item. Ask.
How do I pay?+
Browse and bag things here. Checkout sends you to the live register so Wix can take the card. Shipping is priced there with Shippo. Same products, same shop — this site is the nicer front door.
Do you have a customer account?+
Yes. Hit Sign in in the header. Email, Google, or X. Signed-in orders land on a punch card: First layer, Drop crew, Night shift, then Moo's pack. One point per dollar. Perks for the upper rungs are next.
Do you ship? Can I pick up?+
We ship USPS from Southeast Tennessee. Ground is free over $75. Local pickup is free in Soddy-Daisy / Hixson — come grab it off the bed if you're close.
What's the return policy?+
Undamaged items, original packaging, within 14 days of delivery. Made-to-order custom files are not returnable unless we printed it wrong. Email noogaprints@outlook.com.
Are these toys for little kids?+
PLA is what we use. Small minis have small parts. Not for children under 3. "Kids of all ages" on the old site meant the 12-year-old who just rolled a crit and the 40-year-old who did too.
Can I watch my order print?+
Yes. Printer cams run 24/7 on the NoogaPrints Rumble profile (rumble.com/user/NoogaPrints). New product drops are Nooga Prints LIVE: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6pm Eastern on TikTok @nooga_prints.
Do you print food-safe things?+
No. FDM layers hold bacteria. Don't drink out of it.
Who is Moo?+
Chief Treat Officer. White-and-brindle shop dog with strong opinions about quality control and the treat budget. She even has her own theme song. Daniel runs the printers. Moo runs Daniel.
